As a vocational training institution RADA’s teaching is primarily practical and draws on our many years of experience of training actors and technicians for careers in all media. In order to keep this training at the forefront of the latest developments both in the industry and vocational education we are keen to encourage our staff to undertake research both within RADA and further afield.
We also explore research collaborations both with our fellow institutions within the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama and other institutions and individuals.
We also believe that we have a duty to collaborate with schools and colleges and other organisations working with young people in the field of drama in education, in order to share our experience and expertise, to ensure that the widest number of people can have access to our training and to encourage our students to consider the relevance of their skills to society at large.
